General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between the company SASU LUMLUM, operating under the trade name Fairway Rebels, and any person making a purchase on the website www.fairway-rebels.fr.

2. Scope of Application

These GTC apply to all sales of products concluded on the website www.fairway-rebels.fr with consumers. Any order placed on the site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC.

3. Products

The products offered for sale are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy on each product page. Photographs, illustrations, and visuals are for information purposes only and are not contractually binding.

4. Price

Prices are indicated in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (VAT). Delivery costs are specified before the final validation of the order. SASU LUMLUM reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; the applicable price is the one in effect at the time the order is validated.

5. Ordering

The ordering process includes product selection, cart verification, and payment validation. An order confirmation is sent by email; the sale is considered final as of this sending.

6. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Accepted methods: Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, Apple Pay. Transactions are secured by an SSL encryption protocol.

7. Delivery (France, Belgium, and Luxembourg)

Delivery is provided exclusively to home addresses by our transport partner Colissimo (La Poste).

Rate: Flat fee of 4.90 € (incl. VAT).
Free Shipping: Delivery is free for any order equal to or greater than 49.00 € (incl. VAT).
Lead times: Preparation within 2 to 4 business days, followed by delivery within 2 to 5 business days depending on the geographical area.

8. Right of Withdrawal – Returns and Exchanges

In accordance with the Fairway Rebels commercial policy, the customer has a period of 30 calendar days from receipt to return a product. Returns are free in France, Belgium, and Luxembourg via a prepaid shipping label provided by us. Under our quality guarantee, items may be returned even if they have been tried on or washed, except in cases of intentional damage or permanent stains.

9. Refund

After receipt and inspection of the return, the refund is issued within a maximum of 10 business days to the initial payment method. No restocking fees are applied (0 €).

10. Legal Warranties

Products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (2 years) and the warranty against hidden defects. In the event of a proven defect, the product will be replaced or fully refunded at no cost.

11. Liability

SASU LUMLUM cannot be held liable for the improper use of products or for damages resulting from the use of the Internet (loss of data, viruses, etc.).
