Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of the website www.fairway-rebels.fr as well as purchases made from SASU LUMLUM. Any order placed on the site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these terms.

1. Purpose

The purpose of these Terms of Service is to define the contractual relationship between SASU LUMLUM, acting under the brand Fairway Rebels (hereinafter "the Seller"), and any person making a purchase via the site, whether an individual or a professional.

2. Products and Pricing

Description: The essential characteristics of the products are described on each product page and presented with the greatest possible accuracy.
Price: Prices are indicated in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (VAT), excluding delivery costs unless otherwise stated.
Modification: Fairway Rebels reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, the product will be invoiced based on the rate in effect at the time the order is validated.

3. Ordering and Payment

The customer validates their order after checking the contents of their cart and accepting these Terms of Service.

Security: Transactions are secured by an SSL encryption protocol. Payment is due immediately upon validation of the order.

4. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer during the ordering process. Delivery is available in Metropolitan France, Belgium, and Luxembourg.

Lead times: Delivery times are indicated at the time of choosing the carrier (e.g., Colissimo).
Transfer of risk: Risk is transferred to the buyer as soon as the package is handed over to the carrier or leaves the premises of SASU LUMLUM or its logistics partners.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

In accordance with the Fairway Rebels commercial policy, the customer has a period of 30 days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal or request a return.

6. Legal Warranties

All products sold by SASU LUMLUM benefit from:

The legal warranty of conformity (as per the Consumer Code).
The warranty against hidden defects (as per the Civil Code).

7. Liability

In the context of distance selling, SASU LUMLUM is bound by an obligation of means. It cannot be held liable for damages resulting from the use of the Internet, particularly in the event of data loss, intrusion, viruses, or service interruption.

8. Intellectual Property

All elements present on the website www.fairway-rebels.fr (texts, images, logos, visuals, graphic content) are the exclusive property of SASU LUMLUM, under copyright and intellectual property rights related to the Fairway Rebels brand.

9. Applicable Law and Disputes

These Terms of Service are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. In the absence of an agreement, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts within the jurisdiction of the company's registered office.
